Questions, answered.

What is refactory.world?

Refactory is an AI-based refactoring and product augmentation platform. It reads complex codebases (1M+ lines) in seconds, then rewrites copy, reshapes flows, retires dead features, and ships measurable weekly deltas — turning shipped-once products into compounding ones.

How does AI read 1M+ lines of code?

We index the entire repository — every function, every edge, every dependency — into a structured knowledge graph that a language model can query the way a senior engineer would after a year inside the project. Reading is the primitive; everything else (refactor, augment, ship) compounds on top of legible code.

Who is refactory.world for?

Three kinds of products: the overlooked (shipped too quietly, deserve a second act), the legacy (revenue-generating cornerstones stuck in a different decade), and the ascendant (already winning, ready to compound). Inside each company, every role — founder, PM, engineer, designer, marketing, support — gets unbottlenecked when the codebase becomes legible.

What does the refactory cycle look like?

Four moves, repeated forever: Crawl (we walk every page and log every flow), Scan (we map architecture end-to-end), Transform (we rewrite copy, flows, components, whole features), and Ship (pull requests merge into your main branch with measurable deltas). The next cycle is already queued before this one lands.

How is this different from Cursor or Copilot?

Cursor and Copilot accelerate the engineer at the cursor. Refactory operates one level up: it reads, plans, and ships across the whole product surface — copy, flows, performance, dead code, missing features — and lands the change as a reviewable pull request, not an inline suggestion. Both can coexist; they solve different bottlenecks.
